Order Policy:
All orders placed prior to 4pm ET will be processed and shipped the following business day. If an item you order is out of stock, we will try to contact you via e-mail or phone (which ever contact is available) to make arrangements to replace the item with something comparable. If we receive no response within 2 business days, then we will ship the remainder of the order. Shipping may or may not be affected.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted with-in 14 days of shipment date. All returns and exchanges must be in undamaged and unopened condition as well as have a copy of the sales receipt attached. All acceptable returns will receive a refund at the purchase price.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped standard via USPS Priority to the 50 US states only. All orders over $35.00(not including taxes for Virginia residents) will ship for free. UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Next Day Air are also available for an additional charge.

Pickup orders will be available to be picked up Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Please allow 24 hours to have order ready. If you choose to pick up your order, we ask that you please make arrangements within 1 week to do so. Any customers with orders scheduled for pickup that have not retrieved their order within the 1 week period will be issued a refund and the order will be cancelled.
